This fence is welded by 5.00mm high quality wire. Double horizontal wire to weld the panel. It becomes more flat and strong, with the unique and pretty PYRAMID design. All kinds of coated color choice, so then, it can consistent with the environment.

Panel width  comes from 2015mm up to be 3000mm, the wire diameter from 4.0mm to 6.0mm.

 

INSTALLATION

 

Post is 60x60mm, 50x50mm square pipe. The top cap is ball type, refined design and durable.

The clamps is double squared type with SS304 bolts. Installation convenience and reduce labor cost and time.

The post popular buried under the ground 300-400mm, and pouring concrete when installing them.

Welded flange base under the post, and use setscrews to install on the harded ground.

SURFACE TREATMENT

 

Panel can be electro galvanized or hot dipped galvanized, and after several clear procedure. We use famous international powder for spraying, in that case, it can get strongly resisting with the corrosive and ultraviolet radiation. Double coating layer, high quality anti corrupt. It can be used for 10 years long. Polyester powder coated with RAL 6005, RAL9005, RAL9010 etc. Other colors can be available as the client's request.
